• Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of specific programs.
• Act as the primary contact, embracing challenges and offering detailed support.
• Implement academic strategies and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Analyze data and feedback to generate reports and recommendations for program improvement.
• Collaborate with the Academic Team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality academic activities.
• Liaise with universities and stakeholders to develop the program’s curriculum and compliance.
• Support faculty members in delivering an exceptional learning experience.
• Establish and monitor feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality of education provided.
• Review and enhance program guidelines to optimize program effectiveness.
• Track student performance and satisfaction, providing necessary support for their success.
• Be students’ go-to person while maintaining a line of control for better supervision of students.

Job Specifications:

• MBA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within educational institutions.
• Excellent communication & soft skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
