Job Description

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts and personnel files.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Maintain training attendance records and evaluations.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and recommending appropriate programs.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll administration and timekeeping tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings as required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Perform any other task(s) as assigned by the Supervisor without limiting to the above-mentioned tasks, but which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

Job Specification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
