Job Description
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts and personnel files.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Maintain training attendance records and evaluations.
- Assist in identifying training needs and recommending appropriate programs.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll administration and timekeeping tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Perform any other task(s) as assigned by the Supervisor without limiting to the above-mentioned tasks, but which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
Job Specification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
