Job Description

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the educational mission and objectives of different group companies. 
  • Ensure that operational plans support academic excellence, student success, and institutional growth.
  • Provide effective leadership and management to operational teams within each educational institute.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and student-centeredness to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in areas such as admissions, student services, academic support, and facilities management.

  • Explore innovative educational technologies and tools to support instructional goals and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and security, to ensure a conducive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff. 
  • Develop and implement plans for facility upgrades, renovations, and expansions as needed.

Job Specification:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
