Job Description
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the educational mission and objectives of different group companies.Â
- Ensure that operational plans support academic excellence, student success, and institutional growth.
- Provide effective leadership and management to operational teams within each educational institute.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and student-centeredness to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in areas such as admissions, student services, academic support, and facilities management.
- Implement best practices and performance metrics to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Manage resources, including faculty, staff, facilities, and technology, to support the educational mission and strategic priorities of each institute.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure alignment with academic programs and student needs.
- Oversee the delivery of academic support services, including tutoring, counseling, library services, and technology support.
- Ensure that students have access to the resources they need to succeed academically and personally.
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to develop strategies for student recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the student experience and promote student engagement and satisfaction.
- Establish quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and student services.
- Monitor compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
- Leverage technology to enhance teaching and learning, administrative efficiency, and student engagement.
- Explore innovative educational technologies and tools to support instructional goals and improve operational effectiveness.
- Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and security, to ensure a conducive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff.Â
- Develop and implement plans for facility upgrades, renovations, and expansions as needed.
- Cultivate relationships with local communities, educational partners, and industry stakeholders to support educational initiatives and enhance the institution’s reputation and impact.

Job Specification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
