Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the group’s overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial matters, risk management, and investment opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans for each company within the group.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making, resource allocation, and performance measurement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting by regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate audits and reviews with external auditors and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance and transparency.
  • Manage capital structure, funding sources, and liquidity requirements for the group.
  • Optimize capital allocation decisions to support growth initiatives, capital investments, and shareholder value creation.
  •  Implement effective cash management practices to optimize liquidity, minimize financial risks, and maximize returns on cash investments.
  • Monitor cash flow projections and manage banking relationships to ensure adequate funding for operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Streamline processes and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Develop tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize tax liabilities for the group.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation and filing of tax returns and coordination with tax advisors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to communicate financial performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Jobs Specification:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive organizational change, and achieve results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
