Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of each company within the group.
- Anticipate and address human resources challenges to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the organization.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and implement best practices for onboarding, training, and development to enhance employee retention and performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.Â
- Proactively identify and address employee relations concerns, promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.
Jobs Specification:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- We have a proven track record of designing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in a multi-company environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
