Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of each company within the group.
  • Anticipate and address human resources challenges to support organizational growth and sustainability.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the organization.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and implement best practices for onboarding, training, and development to enhance employee retention and performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues. 
  • Proactively identify and address employee relations concerns, promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.

Jobs Specification:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • We have a proven track record of designing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in a multi-company environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker who can anticipate future HR needs and proactively develop solutions
  • You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
