In this critical role, you’ll help maintain our financial integrity, support various financial operations, and contribute to the efficiency of our finance department. Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Accurately record and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivables.
  • Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciled bank statements, vendor statements, and other financial documents to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and analyses for management review
  • Invoicing: Generate and issue client invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Administrative Support:  An Account Assistant should Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Jobs Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field for an Account Assistant position.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment as an Account Assistant.
