The warehouse incharge supervises all activities of the warehouse team which involves receiving and shipping products, overseeing team performance, and ensuring efficient, organized storage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Inventory Management:

• Setting up the layout and ensuring efficient space utilization is one of the responsibilities of the Warehouse Incharge.
• Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies;
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of products;
• Managing stock control and ensuring synchronization between online and offline inventory records;
• Managing damaged goods;
• Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse space;

Coordination and Communication:

• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and dispatch team for timely delivery of materials;

• Developing a daily roster for product delivery is the key responsibility of the Warehouse Incharge.
• Developing a daily sheet to maintain records of the delivery conducted is to be done by the Warehouse Incharge.

• Maintaining Warehouse team through planning, monitoring, and appraising performance;

Reporting Skill:

• Creating and presenting monthly inventory reports.
• Tracking inventory data of the Warehouse team and creating detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to Senior Management:
