Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planned, organized, and coordinated internal and external training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Prepare and maintain a detailed training calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of training events.
- Source and coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and vendors to deliver specialized training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, gathering feedback to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized and team-based learning and development plans.
- Identify training needs by conducting skills assessments, employee surveys, and consulting with department heads.
- Create tailored learning pathways for employees to support career development and skill enhancement.
- Track and document participant progress, engagement, and completion of training programs.
- Conduct follow-up assessments and surveys to evaluate the long-term impact of training initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support to employees post-training to ensure the application of learned skills and knowledge.
- Develop and execute employee engagement activities that align with the organization’s goals and culture.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, and team-building events to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to create engagement strategies that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist the HR department in various tasks related to employee development, performance management, and talent retention.
- Contribute to developing and revising HR policies, especially those related to learning and development.
- Participate in HR projects, including organizational development initiatives, talent management, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities, employee participation, and feedback.
- Prepare and present regular reports on learning and development metrics, training outcomes, and engagement levels.
- Ensure all training materials, manuals, and resources are up-to-date and accessible to employees.
- Perform any other task(s) as assigned by the Supervisor without limiting them to the Learning & Development Coordinator tasks, but they are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Â
- A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus for the Learning & Development Coordinator.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
