Jan 20- 25, 2023

In these challenging times, every organization is going through change. Leaders face the daunting task of being agents of change and navigating teams through the ups and downs of a change journey. The only way to move forward is by experiencing the change, making mistakes, reflecting on them, and learning what works and what does not. But organizations seldom have the luxury to spend time, money, and other resources for leaders to allow learning by doing.

Why?

For this purpose, a Serious Game – a simulated workshop is designed to help participants not only learn about change but actually experience it. This workshop is a simulated game where participants would learn where they get an opportunity to experience compact years of change management process in a couple of days.

How?

Learners experience the intensity of resistance, confusion, inaction, and panic brought about by sudden change and are forced to make decisions. Comprehensive, debriefing, discussions, and reflection sessions in between gaming rounds allow learners to learn from mistakes, understand why decisions succeed or fail, and move forward.
