• Handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment.
• Sourcing Job requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc.
• Submitting the Bench consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants.
• Finding best projects/Jobs to consultants using professional contacts and through different web portals like Dice, Corp – Corp, Monster, Career builder, Net-temps, Job serve, computer jobs, and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.
• Need to market candidates on having different visas like H1B,USc,Gc,etc.
• Use networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates.
• Post and maintain job descriptions on a variety of job boards.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with technical team and Account Manager.
• Tracking interview feedback for candidates.
• Market/Sell our company, position, and benefits.

Job Specifications:

• Ability to meet the targets (Rate confirmation, Interviews and placements) on a regular
  basis.
• Preferred experience/knowledge in working with visa type: OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
• Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants/ candidates and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
• Having a good Database & Rapport with Tire1 Vendors, Vendors & clients.
• Candidate should be willing to work under pressure and could meet the deadlines.
• Successfully drive multiple recruiting efforts in different stages of the recruiting pipeline.
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone and or video conference with all levels of candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractors.
• Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers and offer accepts.
• Must have good proficiency in English communication.
• Work Station: on site (Naxal) – No work from home.
• Shift: 8 am to 5 pm CST.
• Work days: Monday to Friday
