Jobs Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance their experience at the school.
• The Student Relationship Officer needs to collaborate with faculty and staff to support student needs and ensure a cohesive educational environment.
• Organize and participate in student orientation programs, workshops, and other school events.
• Monitor student progress and guide them in achieving their academic goals.
• The Student Relationship Officer should handle student issues or conflicts, ensuring a positive resolution per the school’s policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of student support programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and support provided.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field for a Student Relationship Officer
• At least 2 years of experience working in a school or college setting, preferably in a role involving student interactions and support.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find constructive solutions to student issues
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
