Job Description

  • Create and publish engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook,  Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as required.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and boost book sales.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media activities with other promotional efforts, such as book launches and author events.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress towards goals and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, best practices, and trends, and share insights with the team.
  • Assist in the development of social media guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all channels.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in the publishing industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is a plus.
