Job Description
- Create and publish engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as required.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and boost book sales.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media activities with other promotional efforts, such as book launches and author events.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress towards goals and make recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, best practices, and trends, and share insights with the team.
- Assist in the development of social media guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all channels.
Job Specification:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in the publishing industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
