Job Description

As a Senior Human Resource Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategy, leading talent management initiatives, and driving organizational effectiveness to support our mission of enhancing lives through our exceptional products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews,
    and coordination.
  •  Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training, and
    the off-boarding process for leaving employees.
  •  Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and
    feedback.
  •  Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts and termination paperwork.
  • Assist in payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Senior Human Resource Executive has to prepare reports and analyze metrics to provide insights for improving HR processes.
  •  Identify training needs and organize programs to improve employee skills.

Jobs Specifications:

• At least 2 years’ working experience as a Senior Human Resource Executive.
• Must have basic knowledge of the labor act.
• Should have sound knowledge of training methodologies for Senior Human Resource Executives.
• Should know HR processes and procedures including but not limited to
recruitment, planning, onboarding/ offboarding processes, payroll, etc.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field. A Master’s degree in HR or Training & Development is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Senior Human Resource Executive with a focus on training and development.
