Requirements:

• Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory
• Conduct regular field visits to Hospital’s Pharmacies and local Pharmacies to sell Sanitary Napkins
• Establish and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Reach out to client leads through daily field visits
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the given deadline
• Coordinate sales efforts with the team members
• Continuously improve through feedback 

Job Specification:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Must have two-wheeler vehicles and license
• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG company (especially in Sanitary Napkins)
  
• Bachelor’s degree completed/ pursuing
