Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities, including events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance the sales team’s product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
