Job Description
Client Acquisition:
-
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to establish rapport and secure new business
Sales Presentations:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our event management service
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of our company.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Uphold the reputation and integrity of Emazing in all client interactions
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to event execution.
Target Achievement:
- Collaborate with the top management team to establish clear and achievable monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand the company’s overall revenue goals and align personal sales objectives with the broader organizational strategy
- Meet the monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and make share
- Develop comprehensive and effective sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas
- Identify key sectors and client segments with high potential for business growth
- Prioritize leads based on potential revenue, client fit, and likelihood of successful conversion
- Weekly update the top management team on the progress towards the sales target.
- Generate accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the events industry
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Must be able to work under stressful situations
- Must be able to work over normal working hours in case of events.
- Must have a good network among the Nepali Corporates, Multilaterals and Bilateral organizations.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
