Job Responsibilities:
- Follow the routine of the day
- Make sure that someone is available in reception at all times
- Answering phone calls and taking action on the questions on calls
- Answering e-mails and replying to social media questions is one of the important requirements for the Receptionist.
- Make sure that you keep up and maintain the organization’s standards at all times
- Handling payments and invoices
- Being responsible for customers’ feedback and complaints.
- Maintaining a logbook and handover are most required for the Receptionist.
  Job Specifications:
- You stay smiling and happy and be able to work in stressful and hectic situations
- Good command of written and spoken English for the Receptionist position.
- Good knowledge of Social media, word, excel, and PowerPoint.
