Job Description

Ltd. is looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team! The Human Resources Officer will oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, and ensure a productive, engaging work environment that supports our team’s growth and well-being.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Human Resources or COO in recruitment and selection processes, including
job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination. - The Human Resources Officer needs to coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming
experience. - Â Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment
contracts and benefits details are one of the responsibilities of a Human Resource Officer. - Â Support in managing employee relations, addressing employee queries, and assisting in conflict
resolution. - Â Assist in administering employee benefits and payroll processes, collaborating with relevant
departments. - Participate in HR policy development and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Implement and manage employee performance evaluation and development programs.
- Handle HR documentation, including preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and
other HR-related letters. - Assist in organizing HR-related training and development programs for employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Â Prepare HR reports and presentations for senior management as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information and handle sensitive employee matters
discreetly.
Job Specification:
- A solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws is the key for a Human Resource Officer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interactions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple HR tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset to address employee-related issues and challenges.
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing HR priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Â Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Â Previous experience in HR or a related role is advantageous.
