Job Description
- Coordination with job agencies for the required candidates.
- Schedule interviews of the candidates with the concerned department head
- Maintain Staff payroll attendance and clearance
- Handle all company documents, inventory records,s, and stock management.
- Inventory management for fixed assets and others.
- Arrangement of agreements/MOUs for other parties and staff
- Prepare purchase orders and consult with vendors.
- Record of office cleanliness and hygiene.

- Strong knowledge of destination and local education systems
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
- Visible orientation towards having high-quality service as an integral part of work ethics
- Computer skills including, Word, Excel
- Fluent in English – written and verbal
- Strong problem-resolution skills
- Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable
