Job Specification:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• More than  8+ years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
