Jobs Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok).
- Helping to handle customer calls and providing basic information or redirecting them to relevant team members is one the key responsibilities of a Customer Support Intern.
- Supporting the team in replying to comments on social media posts in a professional and timely manner.
- Order Coordination:
- Assisting in coordinating with the florist team to ensure bouquets and floral arrangements meet customer specifications.
- Helping the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Assisting in providing order updates to customers and addressing delivery-related issues.
- Customer Database Management:
- Supporting the maintenance and organization of the customer database, including entering order details and customer information is a key responsibility of the Customer Support Intern.
- Helping to ensure customer data is up-to-date and assisting in keeping the system organized.
- Payment Assistance:
- Assist in recording customer payments across different channels (cash, digital payments, etc.).
- Helping reconciles payments with the order management system to maintain accuracy.
- General Support:
- Assisting in addressing customer complaints or queries, and escalating any unresolved issues to the relevant team member.
- Contributing to ensuring positive customer experiences through effective support and communication.
Job specifications:
- Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are a must for a Customer Support Intern.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Linkedin).
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask is required for a Customer Support Intern.
