Himalaya Floriculture is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Responding to customer messages on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Linkedin).
  • Handling customer calls and providing information or support.
  • Replying to comments on social media posts in a timely and professional manner.
  1. Order Management:
  • Coordinating with the florist team to ensure bouquets and other floral arrangements are prepared according to customer specifications.
  • Liaising with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Updating customers on their order status and promptly resolving any delivery issues will be the key responsibilities of Customer Support Assistant.
  1. Customer Database Management:
  • Accurately recording and managing customer order details in the customer database.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer information, including contact details, order history, preferences, and delivery instructions.
  • Ensuring the database is organized, updated regularly, and compliant with data protection regulations.
  1. Payment Management:
  • Recording and tracking payments made by customers for orders through different channels (cash, digital payments, etc.).
  • Reconciling payments with the order management system to ensure accuracy.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Addressing customer complaints and queries, providing solutions, or escalating them when necessary.
  • Ensuring positive customer experiences and maintaining excellent service levels.
  1. Operational Coordination:
  • Assisting in the smooth dispatch of orders by coordinating logistics and following up on pending orders.
  • Monitoring stock levels and communicating with the inventory team to avoid shortages of flowers, plants, or gift items.

Job specification:

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed for a Customer Support Assistant
– Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok).
– Basic knowledge of order management, customer database systems, and payment reconciliation.
– Ability to multitask and coordinate with different departments.
– Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or a related field is a plus.
