Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts in the accounting package
  • Documenting financial transactions by entering account
  • Reconciliation of bank statements and bank books
  • Reconciliation of vendors
  • Preparing weekly delivery orders
  • Daily reconciliation of collection amount and online transaction
  • Prepare payment vouchers by verifying documentation and requesting
  • Submitting monthly VAT, TD
  • Fixed assets and stock

Job Specification:

  • Work experience as an accountant
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, tally
  • Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedure
  • Working hours:12:00 PM- 10:00 PM
  • Working Days: 5 days a week ( Sunday to Thursday)
  • BBS/BBA/MBA with 1 year of experience
  • Banking statement/credit card statement reconciliation
  • Monthly financial statement
