In this critical role, you’ll help maintain our financial integrity, support various financial operations, and contribute to the efficiency of our finance department. Jobs Responsibilities:
Book Keeping
- Update daily transactions in the Tally software is the main role of the Account Executive
- Maintain Purchase and Sales Register
- Prepare and record necessary vouchersÂ
- Documentation
Accounting Skill
- Prepare cost sheet
- Monitor Inventory (Monthly)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Coordinate with customers regarding their books of account.
Reporting Skill
- Monthly reporting of necessary data for Maskewari to the concerned authority
Jobs Specifications:
- Presentable
- Tally Software is required to become an Account Executive for My Space Pvt. Ltd.
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) will be a plus point
