Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing suppliers, Sending requisitions, and receiving quotations and Strategic sourcing of raw materials.Analyze resources, & allocate work to meet production deadlines & maintain proper documentation and finalize goods., .
  2. Ensuring timely receive of raw materials,equipments & Implement cost reduction initiatives to. Strategically implement plant related improvements to increase production, reduce scraps & expenses.
  3. Take care of plant operations & maintain quality, take care of plant production policies
  4. Performing market research , compare monthly sale , stock maintenance.
  5. Engagement with Accounts team for timely payment from vendors & monthly performance review of suppliers, staff & labor management.

KM (Knowledge Management) portal helped share knowledge, post issues and resolution, upload knowledge related articles, conduct technical contest on a common platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Was the owner of the application & Single point of contact across entire organization to host the Knowledge Management portal from scratch till end by merging their respective knowledge repository into a single knowledge management portal.
  2. Requirement gathering , engaging with various business units to understand pain points, and provide solutions Raising Change Request for various changes to be carried out in the tool according to Business requirements.
  3. Writing user acceptance test cases , perform Manual Testing .
  4. Raising defects in the vendor’s issue tracking tool, following up until the closure & educating about the tool.
