Jobs Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok).
  • Helping to handle customer calls and providing basic information or redirecting them to relevant team members is one the key responsibilities of a Customer Support Intern.
  • Supporting the team in replying to comments on social media posts in a professional and timely manner.
  1. Order Coordination:
  • Assisting in coordinating with the florist team to ensure bouquets and floral arrangements meet customer specifications.
  • Helping the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Assisting in providing order updates to customers and addressing delivery-related issues.
  1. Customer Database Management:
  • Supporting the maintenance and organization of the customer database, including entering order details and customer information is a key responsibility of the Customer Support Intern.
  • Helping to ensure customer data is up-to-date and assisting in keeping the system organized.
  1. Payment Assistance:
  • Assist in recording customer payments across different channels (cash, digital payments, etc.).
  • Helping reconciles payments with the order management system to maintain accuracy.
  1. General Support:
  • Assisting in addressing customer complaints or queries, and escalating any unresolved issues to the relevant team member.
  • Contributing to ensuring positive customer experiences through effective support and communication.

Job specifications:

  • Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are a must for a Customer Support Intern.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Linkedin).
  • Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask is required for a Customer Support Intern.

Notes: The intern period will be between 3 to 6 Months.
