• Oversee the academic performance in the school
• Manage conflicts among teachers, students, and parents
• Provide Counseling to the students, teachers, and parents
• Research and plan various activities to align with Arniko’s way of teaching
• Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, coworkers, and supervisors
• Plan for Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
• Promote Arniko’s way of teaching at the grassroots level

Jobs Specification:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and Counseling skills
• STEM-based degree holder, any training and certificates on STEM-based methodology preferred
• Formal training and apprenticeship will be an advantage.
• Excellent in English language (Written/Spoken)
• Proficient in Computer and Internet with Microsoft Office Tools
• Researching modern techniques in explaining concepts
