• Cold calling to source both passive and active candidates
• Post and maintain job descriptions on a variety of job boards
• Coordinate candidate interviews with the technical team and authorized personnel
• Tracking interview feedback for candidates
• Market/Sell about company, position, and benefits
• Successfully drive multiple recruiting efforts in different stages of the recruiting pipeline.
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone and or video conference with all levels of candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractors.
• Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers and offer accepts

Job Specifications:

• Good Communication skills
• English-speaking fluency is a must
• Candidates having completed Bachelor’s Degree (in any field) or pursuing a bachelor’s degree can also apply
