Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.

2. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

3. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for best terms.

4. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.

5. Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth material flow for hospital operations.

6. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.

7. Analyze data and prepare reports on procurement performance and inventory management.

8. Manage logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation.

9. Lead and train the supply chain team to improve efficiency and accuracy.

10. Use ERP or hospital management systems for tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

• Strong knowledge of medical inventory systems, procurement policies, and vendor management.

• Proficiency in ERP or inventory management software.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
