Job Description
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective market coverage and customer engagement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Supervise and guide sales representatives to ensure efficient execution of sales strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach within assigned territories.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide insights for strategic decisions.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and brand awareness.
Ensure proper product placement, display, and merchandising in retail outlets.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of retail and distribution networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
Ability to lead and motivate a small sales team.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
