Job Description

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients and customers for publications, Music Concerts, and Paleti.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
    Publication Sales:
  • Promote and sell a diverse range of publications, including books, magazines, and digital content.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Attend industry events, book fairs, and conferences to showcase our publications and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
    Music Concerts and Paleti Sales:
  • Manage ticket sales and promotion for musical concerts and programs organized by the company.
  • Coordinate with artists, performers, and event organizers to ensure successful event planning and execution.
  • Develop innovative strategies to increase event attendance and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the events team to create memorable experiences for attendees.
    Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to tailor offerings and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and insights from clients to enhance our products and services.
    Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and customer interactions.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in publishing, events, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for literature and music, with a good understanding of the respective industries.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
