Job Description
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Visit customers regularly to promote and sell products.
- Identify and develop new clients, distributors, and dealers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and collections.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, building materials, or the glass industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred for field visits).

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
