Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers regularly to promote and sell products.
  • Identify and develop new clients, distributors, and dealers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, building materials, or the glass industry.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred for field visits).

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of field sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Strong persuasion and closing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of pricing, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Market awareness and ability to analyze competitor activity.
  • Time management and the ability to handle multiple client visits daily.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
