Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers regularly to promote and sell additive products.
• Identify and develop new clients, distributors, and dealers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and collections.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.

Qualifications for Sales Officer – Brij Additives

• Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) passed; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in additives, chemicals, lubricants, or related industries, is an advantage; freshers with a strong learning attitude may also apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes, market analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to travel frequently for client visits.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive in approach.
