Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
- Manage and expand the company’s modern trade/general trade sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Keep abreast of competitors’ activities and recommend appropriate actions to maintain and increase the company’s market share.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an FMCG trading company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with modern trade/general trade sales channels and their operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
