Sales and Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.

• Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Prepare sales reports and support the marketing team in promotional activities.

• Visit clients, collect feedback, and coordinate for the timely delivery of products and services.

• Support in organizing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and other business development events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and marketing tools.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel occasionally outside the valley for business purposes.
