Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Retail Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all the marketing activities to increase brand visibility, drive foot traffic, and support retail sales of Cellucity. The role involves coordinating in-store branding, promotional campaigns, events, merchandising, and vendor management while ensuring consistent brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Marketing & Promotions.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
• Assist in planning and executing retail events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop localized marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of branding materials, such as:

o Signboards

o Posters

o Banners

o Roll-up stands

o Window displays

o Product display units

•  Conduct regular market visits to monitor brand visibility and competitor activities.

Marketing Materials Management

• Coordinate the design, printing, and distribution of promotional materials.
• Maintain inventory of brochures, leaflets, POSM, and branding assets.
• Ensure timely replenishment of marketing materials across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or offline marketing.
• Experience in consumer electronics, mobile phones, or FMCG is preferred.
