Job Description
- Building positive relationships within B2B and B2C segments with successful track records in sales and
negotiation - Conducting rigorous research to identify the market situation and establish brand awareness in the
market - Maintain regular professional contact with customers within the Kathmandu region to win sales orders
from them - Plan and organize marketing visits, negotiate with customers and close a deal successfully
- Communicate with the target audiences and build good customer relations
- New client acquisition and follow-up with existing clients on a regular basis
- Regular planning, tele-calling, setting up meetings, and following up
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Support the Immediate Supervisor and Management Head in delivering the assigned activities.
- Analyzing, planning, and implementing different marketing strategies
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Co-ordinate between company and customers for stock requirement
- Ensure payment for goods dispatched to the customers is on time and on a regular basis
- Prepare a sound proposal based on the specific needs and be able to explain the rationale
- Help with both direct and digital marketing plans, advertising, and campaigns
- Professionally represent the company toward customers
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
- Producing reports for management
- Cooperate and engage in teamwork with all fellow employees of the Company
- Other day-to-day marketing activities
- Provide regular feedback to the Immediate Supervisor or Company Head
- This job requires 80% of fieldwork and 20% of office work
Jobs Specification:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related applicable field and should have a thorough
knowledge of marketing strategies - At least 2-5 years of working experience in the Home and Kitchen appliances sector
- Must have a dynamic personality
- Should have an Enthusiastic and Pro-Active approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional negotiation, and decision-making skills
- The ability to travel as needed
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
- Should be a self-motivated and result-driven Individual interested in Sales, Marketing and
- Management. Should be target focused
- Computer skills and proficiency in company productivity software: MS- Office, Google Workspace, etc.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and driving license are preferred
- Working Hours- 10 am- 6 pm in winter and 10 am to 7 pm in summer (Should be flexible in terms of
working hours) - Must have Two Wheeler with a valid License
