Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Nepalaya across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to increase brand visibility and reach a broader audience
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on marketing and sales performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed action plans
- Perform any other task(s) without limiting to the above-mentioned tasks, but which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
- Identify and explore new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand Nepalaya's market share and increase sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and proactively adjust marketing strategies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers, ensuring regular communication and addressing their needs to enhance business relationships
- Monitor and analyze sales data, marketing performance, and key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with authors and editorial teams to align marketing efforts with upcoming publications and maximize promotional opportunities
- Work together with various stakeholders to coordinate events, concerts, and programs such as Nepathya, Paleti, and other similar activities
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative marketing and sales approaches that can be incorporated into Nepalaya strategies
