Job Description

  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, performance reviews, asset records and
    training records
  • Process payroll and ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Coordinate employee benefits, such as health insurance, privileged accounts, etc
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees, including enforcing NDAs and agreements
  • Conduct employee training and development programs
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment
  • Ensure maintenance of office equipment with scheduled supervision

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Strong understanding of HR procedures and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Apps Suite
