Job Description
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, performance reviews, asset records and
training records - Process payroll and ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time
- Coordinate employee benefits, such as health insurance, privileged accounts, etc
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees, including enforcing NDAs and agreements
- Conduct employee training and development programs
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Ensure maintenance of office equipment with scheduled supervision
Job Specifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong understanding of HR procedures and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Apps Suite
