Position: Housekeeper
Location: Patan, Lalitpur
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and assigned areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Carry out daily housekeeping and cleaning activities.
• Check rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding guest requirements and room status.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or other concerns to the concerned department.
• Respond to guest requests related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain housekeeping records and checklists.
• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness procedures.
• Assist the housekeeping team with daily operations as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum +2 passed or Bachelor’s running in any relevant field.
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role will be an advantage.
