• Lead a team of engineers, providing technical direction and mentorship

Job  Specifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years of experience leading teams
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Technical expertise in multiple programming languages and technologies
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
