Front Shop Sales Person

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and help them find products.
• Explain product features, prices, offers, and warranties clearly.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.
• Handle billing and operate the POS system properly.
• Maintain proper product display in the shop.
• Keep the shop clean and organized at all times.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Maintain stock knowledge and inform the supervisor about low stock.
• Follow company rules and maintain discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum +2 or equivalent qualification.
• Previous retail/sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Friendly personality and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
