Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquirie
- Provide accurate information about services and appointment
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Maintain client records and daily inquiry logs
- Coordinate with health consultant, therapists, and internal teams
- Handle billing support and payment coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum +2 qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Good communication skills.Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
