Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor

Job Detail

Oversee the daily operations of the resort’s food and beverage outlets, including restaurant and bar
Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction are met and address any guest complaints or concerns
Supervise and manage the F&B staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
Maintain accurate food and beverage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Manage the F&B budget and ensure that financial goals are met
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines for food and beverage operations
Develop and implement programs to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with other departments to create special events and promotions for guests
Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a hotel or resort
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and superiors
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines for food and beverage operations
Ability to use Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
