We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Officer to develop, implement, and manage campaigns promoting the organization’s products and services. The role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads or customers through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals.
- Manage and execute campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—creative, content, and web development—to produce engaging content and improve user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Provide regular updates to the line manager and prepare segmental reports as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to evolving marketing trends.
