Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Create engaging digital content, captions, reels, and short-form videos aligned with brand identity
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and content calendars
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance
- Coordinate with the creative team for behind-the-scenes content, campaign highlights, and promotional materials
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform analytics
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Marketing, Media, Business, or related field)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Good knowledge and practical know-how of creative content creation
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook marketing
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content and write compelling captions
- Ability to present oneself on video content representing organizational services
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies
