Job Description

Healthy Home is seeking a compassionate and visionary Dermatologist to lead our Skin Care Department and become the trusted face of ethical, science-backed skin health.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead dermatology services across multiple branches
• Develop and refine treatment protocols & SOPs
• Train, mentor, and guide therapists and clinical teams
• Drive research, innovation, and global best practices
• Collaborate with marketing as the voice of skin health
• Deliver care with medical expertise and emotional intelligence

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license in Dermatology.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in dermatology.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused professional with a high standard of care.
  • Ability to represent and lead the clinic in alignment with the brand’s values and reputation.
