• Receive customer orders over the phone or through the Bhojdeals Administration portal
• Place customer orders with the restaurant partners and ensure successful receipt of orders by the restaurant partners
• Assign orders to the riders based on the most optimum route and rider position
• Actively manage the Bhojdeals Administration panel in real-time
• Resolve key customer issues, complaints, and concerns
• Report to the Head of Operations against given performance metrics
• Bring your creativity, strategic thinking, and ideas to improve business operations
• Promote the ‘Bhojdeals’ brand among the customers
