Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. customers regarding insurance policy updates and reminders.

  • Inform clients about renewals, premium notices, required documents, or any policy changes.

  • Verify customer information and accurately update records in the internal system.

  • Respond to basic customer questions and guide them on next steps.

  • Maintain proper documentation of all calls and follow-ups.

  • Ensure all communication meets U.S. customer service standards.

  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • +2 completed; bachelor’s preferred.

  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking and listening).

  • Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. business hours).

  • Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Good typing skills and familiarity with computers/CRM tools.

  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and polite during calls.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
