Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to U.S. customers regarding insurance policy updates and reminders.
Inform clients about renewals, premium notices, required documents, or any policy changes.
Verify customer information and accurately update records in the internal system.
Respond to basic customer questions and guide them on next steps.
Maintain proper documentation of all calls and follow-ups.
Ensure all communication meets U.S. customer service standards.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.
Qualifications:
+2 completed; bachelor’s preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (speaking and listening).
Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. business hours).
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good typing skills and familiarity with computers/CRM tools.
Ability to stay calm, professional, and polite during calls.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
