• Preparing, executing, evaluating, and monitoring lesson plans and their execution on a day-to-day
  basis
• Reporting about academic performances of school/preschool on a regular basis
• Assign classes to teachers and maintain a class routine
• Tracking and evaluating student academic progress
• Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, coworkers, and supervisors
• Plan for Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
• Promote Arniko’s way of teaching at the grassroots level

Jobs Specification:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and Counseling skills
• STEM-based degree holder, any training and certificates on STEM-based methodology preferred.
• Formal training and apprenticeship will be an advantage.
• Excellent in English language (Written/Spoken)
• Proficient in Computer and Internet with Microsoft Office Tools
• Researching modern techniques in explaining concepts
